RENT WITH CONFIDENCE

Rental questions, answered.

Practical answers to help plan your next job. Call our rental team if you need a hand.

How do I request equipment and pricing?

Use our quote request form or call 801-896-7368 with the equipment you need, rental dates and jobsite address. Our team will confirm the model, availability, rates and delivery options. Sending a quote request does not reserve equipment.

Do you deliver and pick up equipment?

Yes. NBR offers equipment delivery and pickup. Tell our team the jobsite address, access details and any delivery restrictions so we can confirm scheduling and applicable charges. Call 801-896-7368 to arrange pickup and confirm the return arrangements.

Where are you located, and what are your hours?

Visit NBR at 339 S Geneva Rd, Lindon, UT 84042. We are open Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. We serve Utah County and the Salt Lake City area.

How should I return the equipment?

Return equipment on time, clean and in good condition, properly serviced and maintained. If applicable, return it full of the appropriate fuel, fluids and lubricants. Additional rent and costs may apply if the return requirements are not met. Your rental agreement contains the full conditions.

How many operating hours are included?

Unless NBR specifically agrees otherwise, our rental terms provide for normal single-shift use of up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or 160 hours per 28-day period. Additional use and late returns can result in additional rent. Confirm the rental period and rates with our team.

Do I need insurance for rental equipment?

Our rental terms require liability insurance and coverage for rented equipment at its full new replacement value, with applicable endorsements. Submit your certificate of insurance through Customer Forms & Resources so our team can review it before the rental. Ask us to confirm the requirements for your equipment and contract.

Is a damage waiver the same as insurance?

No. A damage waiver is not insurance. If offered, elected and paid for under your rental agreement, it may limit responsibility for certain covered physical damage, subject to exclusions and limits. It does not cover every loss. Ask our rental team for the terms that apply to your rental.

What should I do if equipment needs service?

Stop using equipment that malfunctions and notify NBR immediately at 801-896-7368. You can also send equipment details through the Service Request form in Customer Forms & Resources. Have the equipment number, jobsite location and a description of the issue ready.

Can I apply for a credit account or manage my account online?

Yes. Customer Forms & Resources has our credit application, customer portal login and portal access request. You can also authorize payments, submit insurance and request lien waivers.

How do I choose the right machine?

Browse the equipment photos, specifications and PDF documents, then talk with our team about your job. Tell us the required height or reach, load, terrain and access restrictions. Confirm the exact model and configuration before renting; specifications can vary by model year and options.

These answers summarize our rental process and terms. Your signed rental agreement governs your rental, including charges, coverage, exclusions and return requirements.
